Brent grew up as a missionary kid in Zimbabwe, Africa where his father taught at Zimbabwe Christian College.  He graduated high school from Maui High School where his parents helped start a church on the island. He attended Cincinnati Bible College, in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he met and married his wife Trisha in February of 2002. After getting married, Brent and Trisha moved to Florida where Brent finished a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible and Christian Leadership from Florida Christian College. 

Brent served in various ministries in Florida until August 1, 2010, when he accepted the associate pastor position at Roy Christian Church. Brent oversees the ministries areas of worship, outreach, and connections at the church. Brent and Trisha are the proud parents of Seth who was born in August 2003 and Naomi who was born in May 2005.
